“40 hours every 2 years; all must be Category 1; at least 2 of 40 required hours on controlled substance controlled substance prescribing, or where applicable, the Department’s treatment guidelines on opioids, benzodiazepines, barbiturates and carisoprodol; providers of intractable pain treatment must have specialized CME in pain management.” – FSMB
